The Wilder family began our support of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) in 2012, while attending our first CASA Presents event... CASABLANCA. Sarah's mother Mary, an 11 year CASA board member, got the family involved. Sarah and Ray continue to support the organization through the CASA Presents events.
All too often we take for granted all that we have been provided as children, and what we have been fortunate enough to provide our own. Those basic necessities for which we just assume all are afforded.
Not all children are provided the same basic needs; to feel safe and secure, to have a healthy and nutritious meals, to be offered support with school work nightly, a safe place to call home.
Help us support the children who can't yet support themselves. A child with a CASA volunteer is more likely to get help with other services and spend less time in foster care. They are more likely to find a safe and permanent home, and do better in school!
Help us as we work to provide a voice for the children most in need in our community with CASA of Brown County! Supporting CASA of Brown County helps provide CASA volunteers the training needed to advocate for abused and neglected children in the community.
Our personal goal is to raise $5,000 before the annual CASA event held this year on April 24th in the Lambeau Field Atrium in Green Bay. CASA of Brown County is a volunteer based local 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
