Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Brown County is a volunteer based nonprofit organization that provides a voice for abused and neglected children who are under the legal protection of the court system, many of whom are in foster care.
We are grateful for the generosity of many in our community who invest in our life changing mission. You can help by making your donation today!
Selfless and caring CASA volunteers meet with the child regularly and submit a monthly report to the judge on the child's safety and well-being to help the judge make important decisions on the child's future.
A CASA volunteer is very often the only consistent adult in the life of an abuse or neglected child. A child with a CASA volunteer is more likely to get help with other services, spend less time in foster care, find a safe and permanent home and do better in school.
In 2018, 145 CASA volunteers advocated for 281 children, making their lives safer and their futures brighter! Your gift helps support the work we do to recruit and train citizen volunteers to serve as the "eyes and ears of the court" and advocate on behalf of the most vulnerable children in our community.
Your contribution makes a lasting impact! Thank you!
